Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns must be authorized by Hennin Headwear within 30 days of receiving your purchase, and postmarked back to us within 40 days of receipt. Orders eligible for refund must meet the following requirements:

Return Requirements

  1. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any damages
  2. You must notify Hennin Headwear via email at of your return request within 30 days of receipt of purchase, and return must be postmarked within 40 days of receipt
  3. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and included order slip.
  4. The return is at the buyers expense, and initial shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless item(s) have arrived damaged

If any returns do not meet the above requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if your items show signs of damage, wear, misuse, and/or alterations. Please contact our customer service at for any additional questions.

  1. Use the original packaging to return the item to us and you must include the original order slip

Refunds & Processing

If your return meets all of the above requirements and is sent back to HH within the time line specified above then your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3 business days. We will notify you via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction takes place. Please be advised that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post to your account.
